A design it yourself experience for small events of less than 100 guests
Your rental comes with:
Tables (ten 72” rounds, eight 6’ banquets, and five 34” cocktail tables)
Black linens for all tables
Black Chiavari chairs with cushions for 100
What we offer
Flat Fee Rental
Weekday (Monday - Thursday) 12 Hr Block - $300
Weekday (Monday - Thursday) 4 Hr Block - $200
Weekend (Friday - Sunday) 12 Hr Block - $500
Weekend (Friday - Sunday) 4 Hr Block - $300
Additional hours may be purchased for $35/hr
Pick your own schedule for the time block
Rental fee includes tables and Chiavari seating for 100
Photographer’s Fee (Monday - Sunday) 3 Hr Block - $100
A $50 deposit is required at time of booking a flat fee rental.
Wedding Packages
Wedding packages include use of a prep kitchen, bridal suite, tables, black linens, and black Chiavari seating.
$2,500 - Venue rental for 48 hours
$1,500 - Venue rental for 24 hours
$600 - Day of coordination
Our “Day of” coordinator will take all of the worry off of your shoulders. Coordinating your event will involve having staff members present for the entirety of your event. They will meet with your vendors and assure that contracts are executed as negotiated.
$100 - on site av engineer
A 10% deposit is required at time of booking a wedding package.
